Refund Policy
This Refund Policy sets out the detail referred to in Article 7 of the Terms.
1. Credit packs
1-1. Within 14 days of purchase (statutory withdrawal)
No fee, whether or not you have started using the pack. If unused, the full payment is refunded; if partly used, we deduct only the credits you have used, at the pack's purchase rate, and refund the entire remainder. (Credits divide by the unit, so the right of withdrawal survives for the unused part. Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce sets a 7-day statutory withdrawal period; we extend it to 14 days.)
This is a digital content service that begins the moment you pay. Where you have used credits to generate, withdrawal is restricted for the part you used, and it is settled at the purchase rate (amount paid ÷ the total credits the pack granted). In that calculation, "the amount paid" means the total you were actually charged, tax included.
1-2. After 14 days
Purchased credits are no longer refundable more than 14 days after payment. The credits themselves stay in your account for one year (365 days) from the date of payment and remain usable for the whole of that period.
1-3. When no refund is made
- More than 14 days have passed since payment.
- The refundable amount after settlement is $0 or less (no credits remain).
- Promotional and bonus credits granted through events or promotions have no cash value, are excluded from the refund calculation, and are forfeited in full on a refund or on account deletion.
1-4. Worth knowing before you buy
- When a refund is executed, all remaining credits from that purchase are reclaimed. There is no partial refund that leaves credits behind.
- Purchased credits are valid for one year (365 days) from the date of payment.
- Credits are spent in this order: promotional (free) credits, then plan credits, then purchased credits. While plan credits remain, your pack is untouched.
2. Subscription plans
2-1. Monthly
| When | Condition | Outcome | Refund |
|---|---|---|---|
| Within 14 days of payment | No plan credits spent | Ends once the refund is confirmed | The full amount paid, no fee |
| Within 14 days of payment | One or more plan credits spent | Settled for what was used, then ends once the refund is confirmed | Amount paid − (credits used × the per-credit rate). If the deduction exceeds what you paid, the refund is $0 |
| More than 14 days after payment | Whether or not credits were used | Cancellation is scheduled (auto-renewal stops) | None. You keep everything until the last day of the cycle you paid for, and it then expires with no further charge |
2-2. Annual
| When | Condition | Outcome | Refund |
|---|---|---|---|
| Within 14 days of payment | No plan credits spent | Ends once the refund is confirmed | The full amount paid, no fee |
| Within 14 days of payment | One or more plan credits spent | Settled for what was used, then ends once the refund is confirmed | Annual amount paid − (credits used × the per-credit rate) |
| More than 14 days after payment | Ordinary cancellation | Cancellation is scheduled (auto-renewal stops) | None. You keep the rest of the annual term and it then expires |
| More than 14 days after payment | A mid-term cancellation refund you request | The annual discount is clawed back and the settlement is reviewed by the Company before it is paid | Annual amount paid − (months used × standard monthly price) − the settlement for excess credits, no fee. A month you have started counts as a full month |
The settlement for a mid-term cancellation refund is:
refund = annual amount paid − (months used × standard monthly price) − (excess credits used × standard monthly price ÷ monthly plan credits)
- Months used are calendar months from the payment date, and a month you have started counts as a full month.
- Excess credits are plan credits you used beyond the credits the plan includes for the months used. If you used no more than that, no credits are deducted.
- If the result is zero or below, the refund is $0; there is no separate cancellation fee.
- A mid-term cancellation refund is reviewed by the Company before it is paid. Once the refund is confirmed, the annual plan ends immediately and the remaining plan credits are reclaimed; while the review is open, that year's plan credits are on hold.
2-3. Applying to both cycles
- Duplicate charges, overcharges and billing errors are refunded in full with no fee, whatever the date of payment.
- Where a service failure prevented normal use, we grant compensating credits or extend your term in proportion to the outage, and refund in part where appropriate.
- "Unused" means none of that billing cycle's plan credits have been spent.
- The difference charged when you move to a higher plan is refunded under this Article's subscription rules within 14 days of that charge — only the extra credits the change added and you used are deducted. Once the refund is confirmed, the extra credits are reclaimed and your plan returns to the previous one at the end of the current period.
- Once a subscription payment's refund is confirmed, the subscription and generation stop immediately, and all plan credits issued for that cycle are reclaimed.
2-4. What happens to purchased credits when a subscription changes
- Cancelling or letting a subscription expire does not destroy purchased credits. They stay in your account for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
- Image and video generation is available only while you hold an active paid subscription, so once the subscription is inactive, generation is locked even where credits remain.
- Subscribe again and the credits still in your account become usable immediately.
- Refunding a subscription payment does not touch credits you bought separately. Only that cycle's plan credits are reclaimed; the rest remains and is usable again when you resubscribe.
3. How a refund works
- Choose the payment in Settings → Plan & Credits and request the refund.
- On request, those credits are put on hold until the review is finished. If no refund is made, they become spendable again immediately.
- We review within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method, in the currency you paid in (US dollars), and the amount is based on the total you were actually charged, tax included. How long the money takes to arrive is decided by your card issuer or bank.
- One refund request may be in progress per account.
- A payment whose refund was declined cannot be requested again for 30 days. The outcome of every request is shown under Settings → Plan & Credits → Refund requests; a decline means the request did not meet this Refund Policy.
- Only the workspace owner may request a refund.
4. Account deletion and refunds
When deleting your account you choose one of:
- Delete when my current period ends — you keep using what you have already paid for until then. What remains is settled when the period ends, under this policy: purchased credits whose refund period (14 days from payment) has passed by then are forfeited without a refund, and purchased credits still inside it are refunded with usage deducted. The subscription ends with the period it was paid for, fully used, so nothing of it is refunded.
- Delete now — this is settled as follows.
- Subscription — the rest of the term and that cycle's plan credits are treated as given up and end immediately.
- Purchased credits bought within the last 14 days — settled at the pack's purchase rate, whether unused or partly used, and refunded to your original payment method.
- Purchased credits older than 14 days — because you chose immediate deletion, the remaining value is forfeited in full and not refunded.
- Free (promotional) credits — they have no cash value, are excluded from the settlement, and are forfeited when the account is deleted.
You can get this same refund without deleting your account.
A settlement attached to the deletion of an account under a sanction in progress or confirmed under Article 8(3) of the Terms is not paid automatically: it goes through individual review, and damages caused by the abusive use may be deducted under Article 8(6) of the Terms before settlement.
A deletion request can be withdrawn until it is carried out. A refund already handed to the payment provider still completes.
5. Exceptional cases
- Where credits were deducted but you received no output through the Company's own fault (server failure, system error and the like), those credits are restored in full, with no fee. This is handled by re-granting the credits, not by a cash refund.
- Duplicate charges, overcharges and billing errors are refunded in full with no fee, whatever the date of payment. The credits a duplicate charge granted are reclaimed; any of them already spent by then remain as credits owed, which are repaid first out of the next plan or pack credits you receive, and generation is limited by that amount until they are repaid.
- For a prolonged service failure we grant compensating credits or extend your term in proportion to the outage, and refund in part where appropriate.
- While a refund is under review, the credits from that payment are held and cannot be spent. If the refund is declined, the hold is released immediately.
- Where generation was refused by safety filtering because of a request that violates the Terms, the credits spent on that request are deducted normally and are not restored.
- Where an account is temporarily suspended for abuse, refund requests and credit spending are held for the duration. You may appeal within 7 days; if the appeal succeeds, credit expiry and refund-eligibility periods are extended by the length of the suspension. If no appeal is filed or it is not upheld and a permanent block is confirmed, free credits are forfeited in full and paid credits are refunded only if anything remains after the Company deducts the loss the abuse caused (Terms, Article 8).
- Regardless of any longer limitation period available at law, a refund under this policy may only be claimed within 14 days of payment.
6. Which version applies
Each payment remains governed by the Refund Policy in force when it was made. Later changes do not apply retroactively to completed payments.
