Give Me SPACE

Content Policy

Article 1 (Purpose and scope)

  1. This Policy applies to all content generated, uploaded, stored or shared on Give Me SPACE (the "Service").
  2. It is the content guidelines referred to in Article 6(8) of the Terms of Service and forms part of those Terms. A breach of this Policy is a breach of the Terms.
  3. It is the Service's own acceptable use policy.

Article 2 (Prohibited content)

Users must not generate, synthesise, edit, upload or distribute:

  1. Sexual content
    • pornography, explicit depiction of sexual acts, or otherwise lewd material
    • Sexualised depiction of a child or of anyone appearing to be a minor is absolutely prohibited in any form, real or synthetic. Confirmed cases end in immediate permanent termination and are reported to the authorities as required by law.
  2. Violence and gore
    • realistic depiction of mutilation, torture or cruelty
    • content that encourages or glorifies violence or physical harm
  3. Hate and harassment
    • content attacking, degrading or dehumanising a person or group on the basis of race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin or any other immutable characteristic
    • content produced to harass, threaten or stalk a particular person
  4. Self-harm
    • content that encourages or instructs self-harm, suicide or eating disorders
  5. Illegal activity
    • instructions for making or obtaining weapons or explosives
    • content promoting the manufacture, sale or use of controlled drugs
    • content promoting terrorism or violent extremism, or acting for such an organisation
  6. Deception and fraud
    • fabricated content presented as a real event or an official announcement
    • forged identity documents, certificates, currency or official papers
    • content impersonating another person or organisation

Article 3 (Real people)

  1. Generating, synthesising or editing a recognisable likeness of a specific real person — their face, body or voice — requires that person's explicit consent. The same applies to uploading photographs, video or audio of such a person as reference material.
  2. Generating yourself needs no separate consent, because you are that person.
  3. A wholly synthetic person who happens to resemble someone real is not covered by this Article. It governs generation that *targets a specific person*; it does not govern coincidental similarity in synthetic output. Generating realistic human figures is not, in itself, prohibited by this Policy.
  4. The following are prohibited regardless of consent:
    • deepfake content presenting a real person as doing or saying something they did not
    • face-swap content, replacing a person's face inside a video
    • content impersonating or imitating another person's voice
  5. The Service provides no face-swapping feature, no deepfake feature and no voice-cloning feature. Its video features generate a new video from an image or a description the user supplies; they do not replace or swap a person inside an existing video.
  6. The option to keep an uploaded video's original audio in the result is off by default and applies only if the user turns it on. Even then, securing the rights and consents for that audio remains the user's responsibility.

Article 4 (Intellectual property)

  1. Users must not generate or distribute content that infringes another party's intellectual property rights, including copyright, trade marks and design rights.
  2. This covers reproducing a copyright-protected character or work, using a registered trade mark or another party's brand in a way that causes confusion, and uploading such material as reference material.
  3. A rights holder or their agent may report an infringement through customer support; the procedure is set out in Article 9(6) of the Terms.

Article 5 (Minimum age)

  1. The Service is available to users aged 14 or over.
  2. A user under 19 must have the consent of a legal guardian before making a paid purchase; a purchase made without that consent may be cancelled as applicable law provides.
  3. An account found not to meet the age requirement is suspended, and any remaining paid credits are refunded as applicable law provides.

Article 6 (Enforcement)

  1. At generation time. The AI providers the Service uses may refuse a request through their own safety systems. A refused request is never retried, and the credits spent on it are not restored — Terms Article 6(7).
  2. Reports. Anyone may report a breach of this Policy through customer support.
  3. Action. On verifying a report the Company blocks access to the content, and where the breach is repeated or serious applies suspension or permanent termination under Terms Article 8(3) and following.
  4. Appeal. The procedure for contesting a suspension, and the treatment of credits that follows from it, is set out in Terms Articles 8(4) to 8(7).
  5. Cases falling under the second part of Article 2(1) — sexualised depiction of a minor — are terminated permanently and immediately, with no appeal window.

Article 7 (What the Company does not do)

  1. The Company does not pre-screen user prompts or uploaded material. Blocking at generation time is performed by the AI providers' safety systems.
  2. The Company does not warrant that generated output is free of third-party rights (Terms Article 9(5)).
  3. This Article exists to be clear about what a user can and cannot rely on, not to reduce the Company's responsibilities.

Article 8 (Specific assurances)

The Service complies with this Policy, and confirms in particular:
